Starting from the box of the phone, the box comes with typical Samsung style having the picture of Samsung Galaxy M21 on the front of the box. Samsung Galaxy M21 comes with speaker grill, microphone, USB type C port and 3.5 mm headphone jack on the bottom. On the left hand side of the phone there is a sim card tray. Talking about the design of Samsung Galaxy M21 then we will say it is a traditional or classic design. The phone now a days are very Shiny and comes with a cool design language but this phone is purely traditional in terms of design. The colour of the phone we have is blue and Samsung Galaxy M21 is also available in black colour as well. This phone makes us feel like we have phone that we have seen 2 years back. Anyways the overall design is classic and decent.
Talking about the build quality of the phone then it comes with a poly-carbonate back and the in-feel of the phone is good. This phone is about 188 grams and we will say the build quality of the phone is decent.

The overall multimedia experience from our point of view is good.

Talking about the gaming performance of the phone then you are able to play pubg in HDR settings but however we will recommend you don't go for that. You can able to play pubg in medium and high settings very smartly. Talking about COD mobile then you can able to play it in medium and high settings as well and overall we will say, in terms of gaming performance is decent unless and until you're looking at a hardcore gaming flagship phone, it is a mid range phone and according to that, it is good.

Talking about some downfall of Samsung Galaxy M21 then it comes with a plastic back instead of glass back, as most of the people prefer glass back, the earphones and case does not come with Samsung Galaxy M21 which we can expect at this price range but apart from that Samsung Galaxy M21 is a decent phone. Overall in terms of features, processing power and camera it is firmly at that price range. One thing we will say that if you are a Samsung lovers then you are going to like this phone.
