Oppo has launched Oppo Reno 3 Pro in India. It is basically camera centric Smartphone and it comes with a total of 6 cameras (front + rear). It is the first smartphone to come with helio P 95 processor along with 44 megapixel of front camera (+ 2 MP of depth sensor). let's get started with the unboxing of the phone.

The outer cover of the box of the phone is blue and it is looking something like S curved design with the batching of Reno 3 pro. The colour of the main box of the phone is white. Talking about the box contents of the phone then there is a soft case for the phone which is of very good quality, documentation, sim card tool, 30 watt of fast charger, USB type C cable, Oppo wired earphones and finally the Oppo Reno 3 Pro. We have 8GB plus 128 GB variant with us. Now let's talk about the design and build quality of the phone.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro : Design and Built Quality
The phone is very lightweight and look shinny. The in-hand feel of the phone is good and feels very light in hand, it's very nice to hold. The weight of the phone is 178 grams approx and yes we must say that any phone below 180 grams is light weight. The phone comes with poly carbonate back but it absolutely looks like glass at it is very Shinny. The mid frame is made up of plastic but the build quality is good. The phone looks bluish from the bottom, gradient from the mid and white in the top. So we can say that it's a very nice designs having batching of Oppo on the side bottom of the phone. Overall it's a very nice phone in terms of design and build quality.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro : Ports and buttons
Talking about the ports and buttons of the phone then there is a speaker grill, USB type-C port, microphone and 3.5 mm headphone jack on the bottom of the phone. On the left hand side of the phone there is a volume rocker up and down and the SIM card tray. On the top of the phone there is a noise cancelling microphone and on the right hand side of the phone there is a power on/off button. The phone comes with dedicated SD card slot.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro : Features and Specifications
The display of the phone comes with 6.4 inches of full HD+ super amoled display and it looks very pretty and nice. The phone comes with a refresh rate of 60 Hz only but it is nice. The bezels of the phone are very thin and screen to body ratio is 91%. So the display is quite good and immersive.
Talking about the OS of the phone then it comes with colour OS 7.0 which is based on Android 10 having a security update of January 5 2020. The phone comes with many pre-installed apps but they can be uninstalled. The OS 7.0 is much more streamlined than 6.0 version and comes with many features including dark mode as it is based on Android 10.

The phone comes with MediaTek helio P 95 processor having a RAM of 8GB plus 128 GB of ROM. The phone is available on two RAM variants - 8GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB. The phone comes with three colour options - white, black and blue. Let me know you one thing that it is the first phone to come with helio P 95 chipset.
Talking about the sensors of the phone then it comes with all the type of sensor including in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock. The fingerprint sensor works well. It takes some time to open but work well. Face Unlock is very fast and works very nicely. So no problem on this side.
Talking about other features of the phone then it comes with dual 4G Volte, Wi-Fi calling is supportable, supports FM and radio, supportable of widevine L1 which means you can and do HD streaming and supportable of camera to Api which means GCAM is supportable out of the box. Talking about the multimedia experience then the quality of the video is very good and we loved it. The audio is very loud and we will say it is of average quality.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro comes with MediaTek helio P 95 processor. If we compare it with any Snapdragon processor then we will say it is a little bit lower than Snapdragon 730 processor. the Antutu score comes above 222000 which we think is decent. Talking about the gaming performance of the phone then you can able to play pubg mobile and COD in medium and low settings very smoothly without facing any problem. If we want to play games in higher settings then you might face frame drops or other problems but in medium settings you are going to loved it because of amoled display. Overall from the point of view of performance we will not say it is too good or bad but decent. Talking about the battery of the phone then it comes with 4025 mAh of battery with 30 watt of fast charging, so in heavy usage it will last for one day.

The biggest highlight of Oppo Reno 3 Pro is its cameras. The phone comes with a quad rear camera setup having 64 megapixel of primary camera f /1.8 aperture, 13 megapixel of telephoto camera f/ 2.4 aperture, 8 megapixel of ultrawide camera and 2 megapixel of Mono lens. So it is a complete camera centric Smartphone and in fact oppo claims that it is a pocket camera and whenever you want, wherever you want to just pick up the phone and take a picture.
Talking about the selfie camera of the phone then it comes with dual camera setup with 44 megapixel of Ultra wide camera (which is first in any smartphone ever) and 2 megapixel of depth sensor. The processor of this phone that is P 95 is very much AI capable, so it comes with many AI features and post processing is good. The dynamic range and colours on the photo looks very nice. Sometimes it looks punchy. Overall we liked it very much. Our first impression on videos and photos are excellent. The camera app comes with almost all the features, you can capture 4K videos, slow motion videos, portrait mode is there and many other features. So in terms of features it is quite good.

Verdict
This is a camera focus or camera centric smartphone. The dual front camera setup and rear camera setup when nicely done. We like the display of the phone and the features we are expecting in modern is smartphones like in display fingerprint sensor are also there. If this is smartphone comes in a price range of rupees 25,000 or under it, this should be more better. But the base variant starts at rupees 29,990. Overall we liked the phone very much.
